Terms of Service
This Service exists to provide fast, reliable cryptocurrency swaps while preserving the user’s right to financial privacy.
We reject the assumption that access to digital money requires identification, profiling, or permission. Privacy is not an edge case here—it is the default.
By using xmr2cex, you agree to these Terms.
The Service operates under a strict no-KYC, no-account, no-identity model.
We do not and will never require:
Identity verification (KYC)
User accounts or registrations
Names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses
Government-issued identification
Proof of funds or source-of-funds declarations
This policy applies universally, regardless of:
The asset being swapped
The transaction size
The user’s location
Market conditions or liquidity source
There are no exceptions.
The Service is designed to minimize data exposure by default.
We do not collect or retain:
Personal information
Persistent identifiers
User profiles or histories
Behavioral analytics
Tracking cookies or fingerprinting data
We process only:
The minimum technical transaction data required to complete a swap
Any transient technical data is processed ephemerally, is not linked to identities, and is not retained longer than operationally necessary.
If data does not need to exist, it does not.
The Service facilitates cryptocurrency swaps on a non-custodial, best-effort basis.
All outbound liquidity delivered to users is sourced from centralized exchanges (CEXs) or providers accessing centralized exchange markets.
As a result:
Users receive assets that originate from CEX liquidity pools
Assets are not sourced from user-to-user transfers
The Service does not mix or recycle user deposits
The method of liquidity sourcing does not affect the Service’s no-KYC policy for users.
The Service does not act as a custodian.
We do not:
Hold user balances
Provide wallets or accounts
Store funds beyond what is technically required to execute a swap
All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once broadcast or delivered.
Users are solely responsible for:
Providing correct destination addresses
Verifying asset types and networks
Understanding blockchain transaction mechanics
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
Blockchain networks may experience congestion or delays
Exchange rates may fluctuate rapidly
Network and miner fees are variable and external
Incorrect transaction details may result in permanent loss of funds
The Service cannot reverse completed transactions.
You represent that:
You are acting on your own behalf
You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency
You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction
The Service does not evaluate, approve, or monitor user intent.
Support is limited to technical issues related to active swaps.
